Our team is dedicated to serving our customer’s with Integrity in our business practices, Respecting our customer’s property, Responsibly harvesting and utilizing timber stock from Michigan’s abundant forests, and to represent the teachings of Jesus Christ in this work.
Eli Hershberger - Owner/Timber Buyer
Eli Hershberger born in December of 1993 , married to his wife Susie in November of 2014 , founded Greentree Forestry in December of 2021. Having been in the sawmill industry all his life Eli anticipates staying in the industry for many years to come, When not busy in the timber or helping sawmills cut lumber more efficiently he enjoys spending time with family or grilling chicken to perfection and photography. Eli is looking forward to working with you on your Timber Harvesting project .
Joe Troyer - Owner/Operations
Joe Troyer born June 1997 , married March 2018 , Joe has experience in the sawmill and logging industry making his knowledge an important asset to the company, Joe oversees the parts and supplies inventory ,keeping the company operating in an efficient manner, his easy going personality makes him an excellent partner in the company, Joe enjoys to fish for catfish, crappie and walleye and playing disc golf. Joe is looking forward to working with you on your Timber Harvesting project .
Samuel Hershberger - Owner/Manager
Samuel Hershberger born October 2000, Samuel is the newest member in the company joining the team in the summer of 2024 bringing with him 8 years of seasoned sawmill experience combined with an adventurous personality, the company is excited to welcome him on board with his potential to help grow the company to higher levels of success. Samuel enjoys meeting new people making long lasting friendships, grilling steaks and fishing for panfish and walleye. Samuel is looking forward to working with you on your Timber Harvesting project .
